Ghostly S’more Cookies

  1. Crush the Vanilla Honey Graham Mini Cookies and set aside in a small bowl.
  2. Melt the Mini Chocolate Chips in a microwave-safe dish. Microwave for 60 seconds, and then stir. Microwave for another 30 seconds and stir again to melt the chocolate completely.
  3. Carefully dip the Chocolate Minis’s edges into the melted chocolate.
  4. Then roll each edge in the Vanilla Honey Graham crumbs to coat. Set aside and repeat the process until all Chocolate Minis are coated with cookie crumbs.
  5. Using the food coloring pen, draw spooky faces on the marshmallows.
  6. Place a dab of melted chocolate on the center of each Chocolate Mini, then stick the marshmallow ghost on top (the melted chocolate acts as the “glue.”)
  7. Let dry at room temperature or in the fridge and ENJOY!
