Pumpkin Spice Hummus

Serves 4-6
prep time 10 mins. .


  • 1 bag Enjoy Life Sea Salt Lentil Chips
  • ½ cup chickpeas
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • ¼ cup aquafaba (chickpea brine) or water
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp pumpkin spice seasoning
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • optional topping: pumpkin seeds & more pumpkin spice seasoning


  1. Cook/prepare chickpeas as package or can instructs. (you may remove shells for a creamier consistency, but this step will add time).
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender & blend until smooth.
  3. Grab some Enjoy Life Sea Salt Lentil Chips for dipping. Enjoy!
