What's inside

unsweetened chocolate
unsweetened chocolate
Our Unsweetened Chocolate is comprised of Cocoa Liquor (non-Alcoholic) and Cocoa Butter (non-dairy of course). Both these ingredients come simply from grinding down a cocoa bean – nothing else is added to it.
cocoa butter
cocoa butter
Cocoa Butter, despite its name, is dairy-free. After the cocoa bean is extracted from the shell, the bean is then ground into a liquid called Cocoa/Chocolate Liquor. From that point, the fat is extracted from the liquor, which is called Cocoa Butter (non-dairy of course). Once the Cocoa Butter is removed, all that remains is Cocoa Powder.
dried rice syrup
dried rice syrup
NonGMO rice is processed so the naturally-occurring enzymes can break down the starch into sugars. The ingredient is concentrated and dried.

Why sunflower???

"Why would you add sunflower lecithin to the Ricemilk Morsels? While not one of the top allergens it is something many are allergic to. There was no need to add sunflower. The old recipe was fine. Very dissapointing from a company that claims to be allergy friendly."

Delicious!

"I can’t believe these are dairy free! My daughter has a dairy allergy and my son has CMPA so I’ve had to give up dairy and these are an incredible substitute. I would eat these even if I didn’t need dairy free - they taste just like milk chocolate and melt like it too. Highly recommend."

Ruined by adding sunflower

"I have bought the the Ricemilk chocolate for years, when I suddenly had an anaphylactic reaction after eating a handful of Ricemilk morsels. I double check thr bag and they now add sunflower lecithin. Why would they add this into a perfect product that for the last 5 years hasn’t needed lecithin? They also did not advertise a recipe change and it still isn’t listed as an ingredient on this webpage either. You’ve lost a lifelong customer. I will never recommend any of your products to anyone with food allergies after this."

Sunflower - deleted my one star review?

"One star review deleted. Weird. The review was one star because product now contains sunflower and as someone allergic to sunflower I can no longer have it. Did not always contain sunflower. Please bring back the old recipe."

Why do these have sunflower now?

"As someone allergic to sunflower your chocolate was the one that was safe. Now you’ve change the ingredients and it contains sunflower, so I can’t eat have them. Sadness. The ones without tasted just fine."

Sooo good!

"As a mom to a child who cannot have regular chocolate chips, I am so sad that I cannot find these where I live anymore. No 5 year old wants dark chocolate they want something similar to their peers. Not sure if discontinued, but if you did please bring back!"

I use this product for

"I use this product for our grandson who has allergies. These chips do not compromise the flavor of treats for him. Other brands are bitter and these are not."
