Hot Cocoa Dippersmakes 12 cocoa dippers
- 12 marshmallows
- 12 mini candy canes, plus crushed candy canes
- 1/2 c. Enjoy Life Foods Chocolate Chips, any variety
- 1 Tbsp flavorless oil, such as safflower or grapeseed
- Poke a mini candy cane into the top of each marshmallow, set aside.
- Place chocolate and oil in a microwave-safe bowl and heat at 30-second intervals stirring in between until completely melted.
- Dip the bottom half of each marshmallow in the melted chocolate, shake off the excess chocolate, and roll in crushed candy canes or Mini Chips.
- Serve with a mug of Hot Cocoa and enjoy!
