Happy birthday, dear bakery! Our new baking facility had its Grand Opening exactly 1 year ago today. Can you believe it!? We built our new bakery in Jeffersonville, Indiana, just outside of Louisville, from the ground up, ensuring that there would be NONE of the common allergens present in the space – no gluten, wheat, dairy, soy, egg, peanuts, tree nuts, fish or shellfish . It has been a wonderful year – one filled with hundreds of new friends, 100 million cookies, and countless moments made possible.

Our bakery is the largest allergy-friendly bakery in North America, and we were so proud to open this state-of-the-art facility and make it possible to produce hundreds of millions of trusted foods each year for people all over the world. It is four times the size of our previous bakery, which has given us the ability to go above and beyond for our amazing community. Check out how far we’ve come this year:
