Garlic Hummus

Makes 1 bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 3 T. lemon juice
  • ¼ C. olive oil
  • 1 T. minced garlic
  • ½ t. garlic salt
  • ⅛ t. cumin

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Store in refrigerator.
  4. Pair with your favorite bag of Lentil Chips, and enjoy!
