Creamy Avocado-Dill Dip


  • ½ bag 4 oz. Enjoy Life Foods Dill & Sour Cream Plentils
  • 1 medium avocado
  • Zest and juice from 1 lemon
  • ½ C. white beans
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled
  • 2-3 T. olive oil
  • 1 Pinch of salt
  • Garnish: 2 T. minced fresh dill, lemon zest


  1. Place everything except the garnish in a food processor. Blend until smooth, adding more olive oil or a bit of hot water to thin out as needed.
  2. Taste for seasoning, adding more salt if needed.
  3. Serve with your favorite sliced veggies and, of course, more Plentils for dipping!
