Baked Avocado Fries

makes 16 avocado fries
prep time 30-40 minutes



  1. Preheat your oven to 425F and lightly grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.
  2. Measure and add the gluten-free flour and allergy-friendly milk to separate small bowls and set aside.
  3. To prepare the avocados, cut them in half, remove the pits, cut each half into 4-6 slices, and then scoop out the slices using a spoon.
  4. Finely crush the Lentil Chips.
  5. Coat each avocado slice in flour, dip into the allergy-friendly milk and then roll in crushed Lentil Chips.
  6. Place on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes (depending on how crispy you want them).
  7. Enjoy with your favorite dip.
