  1. Line a cutting board or pan with parchment paper.
  2. Crush candy canes.
  3. Add White Chocolate Baking Chips to a microwave-safe dish.
  4. Microwave for ~1 min 30 sec, stirring halfway.
  5. Add peppermint extract and stir into melted chocolate.
  6. Spread melted chocolate evenly on parchment paper.
  7. Sprinkle candy canes on top.
  8. Freeze for 5 min to let chocolate harden.
