Smoothie protéiné au chocolat sans allergènes

1 protein shake
prep time 5 mins. .

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened oat milk 
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder 
  • 1 frozen banana 
  • 1 scoop vegan chocolate protein powder 
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or 2 dates 
  • ⅛ cup - ¼ cup Enjoy Life Semi-Sweet Mini Chips for garnishing and/or mixed inside your smoothie 
  • optional: Few ice cubes 

Instructions

  1. In a blender add all of your ingredients. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a tall glass, top with enjoy life morsels & enjoy!
  3. Optional: Melt ¼ cup enjoy life with a dash of coconut oil. Spread melted chocolate along your glass and then pour your smoothie. Top with coconut cream or dairy free yogurt.
