Made from dried vinegar and a wheat-free maltodextrin, vinegar powder provides the same tangy flavor as regular vinegar and adds a zesty flavor to some of our Lentil Chips. With this dried vinegar some of our products use rice maltodextrin and others include corn maltodextrin. Each ingredient is noted on the package.
