For pizza night done right, create your own gourmet vegan crust with our ready-to-use gluten free pizza crust mix. It’s so simple and tastes amazing, any way you slice it.

- Pre-heat oven to 400°F.
- Combine pizza dough mix, 1 tablespoon oil, and gradually add approximately 1 1/4 cups cold water in a bowl until well blended and dough forms.
- Once dough forms, use hands to knead into a smooth ball, about 1-2 minutes. Use more or less water to create a desired dough consistency, if necessary. Split into two balls, one for each crust.
- For a thinner crust, roll out ½ of the dough base to approximately ⅛” or less with a rolling pin on a floured (such as Enjoy Life All-Purpose Flour Mix) counter and then place on oiled baking sheet. Brush with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and using a fork, make indentation holes throughout before baking 8-10 minutes.
- For a thicker, chewier crust, roll-out to approximately ¼”. Alternatively, press the dough directly into the pizza pan, brush with a little olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake the crust without any toppings for 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven and add the desired pizza toppings on crust and bake for a further 10-12 minutes or until cheese (or your favorite dairy alternative) melts. For an even crispier crust, place the crust directly on the oven rack.
