Makes about 20 bites
- ¼ C. sunflower seed spread
- 1 T. pureed carrots, plus more for mixing
- 2 t. maple syrup
- ¼ C. quinoa flakes
- ½ t. cinnamon
- Mix all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl until well combined, add the additional 1 T. pureed carrots if the mixture isn’t sticking.
- Scoop into tablespoon sized bites and roll between hands. Continue with the entire mixture.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 4-5 days.
