Makes 1 serving
- 1/3 C. chia seeds
- 1/4 C. cocoa powder
- 1/2 t. cinnamon, ground
- 1/4 t. sea salt
- 1 1/2 C. rice milk
- Mix all ingredients together in a container of your choosing.
- Leave in refrigerator overnight.
- Once mixture thickens, it can be eaten as is, or whipped in a blender to your desired texture.
