This decadent, dairy-free frosting from GFree Foodie is made with our vegan chocolate and pumpkin puree – perfect for fall!
Makes enough for 1 cake or cupcake batch
- 1 15-oz can pumpkin
- 3 T. powdered sugar
- 1 t. cinnamon
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1 ¼ C. Enjoy Life Foods Semi-Sweet Chocolate Mini Chips
- Heat the pumpkin, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla in a large saucepan over medium heat and cook for 7-10 minuets, stirring often.
- Remove the mixture from heat and stir in chocolate chips. Continue stirring until all chips are melted and the frosting is smooth.
- Allow to cool completely, stirring occasionally. Then top a cake or cupcakes!
