Loco Cocoa Loco Bars

Instructions

1. Line a tray with parchment or wax paper and set aside. Cut each Enjoy Life Cocoa Loco Chewy Bar in thirds and set aside
2. Place Mini Chips and vegetable oil in a small microwavable container. Heat for 30 second increments, pausing to stir until chocolate is melted
3. Place the toppings in bowls.
4. With a fork, completely dip each Cocoa Loco Bar segment into the melted chocolate and then cover with whatever topping you would like to make it extra “loco!” Place on the parchment-lined sheet and continue with each bar until decorated how you like.
5. Pop in the refrigerator to set for 15 minutes and then keep at a cool temperature for 2-3 days.
