Cinnamon Apple Pancakes

Makes 1 batch



  1. Sauté apples in allergy-friendly margarine for 3-4 minutes
  2. Add maple syrup, vanilla and cinnamon and sauté for 2-3 more minutes
  3. Mix Enjoy Life Foods Pancake & Waffle Mix, oil and water
  4. Add sautéed apples to the pancake batter and stir
  5. Scoop batter onto preheated and oiled griddle
  6. Flip pancakes when the top looks dry and begins to bubble
  7. Drizzle syrup and enjoy!
