  1. In a small saucepan over low heat whisk together oat milk, sugar, cocoa powder, and arrowroot flour. Whisk quickly to ensure there are no clumps from the arrowroot flour.
  2. Next increase the heat on the stove to medium until mixture begins to boil. Keep whisking as the mixture boils and begins to thicken for about one minute.
  3. Remove saucepan from the stove and mix in the vanilla extract and mini chips until smooth.
  4. Set up your dirt cup by layering crushed cookies and chocolate pudding. Add your favorite toppings on top and refrigerate for a few hours and enjoy!
