Flower Power Spring Dirt Cup
- In a small saucepan over low heat whisk together oat milk, sugar, cocoa powder, and arrowroot flour. Whisk quickly to ensure there are no clumps from the arrowroot flour.
- Next increase the heat on the stove to medium until mixture begins to boil. Keep whisking as the mixture boils and begins to thicken for about one minute.
- Remove saucepan from the stove and mix in the vanilla extract and mini chips until smooth.
- Set up your dirt cup by layering crushed cookies and chocolate pudding. Add your favorite toppings on top and refrigerate for a few hours and enjoy!
