Mini Chocolate Strawberry Skewers

Makes 4 skewers



  1. Put a piece of parchment paper on a flat surface, such as a large cutting board, plate, or baking sheet.
  2. Thread the Brownie Cookies and strawberries onto skewers or sticks, alternating Cookie/Strawberry/Cookie/Strawberry/Cookie.
  3. Put the Dark Chocolate Morsels in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 15 seconds and stir. Repeat in 10 second intervals until melted and smooth.
  4. Drizzle the chocolate onto the skewers or dip each skewer in the chocolate. Place each skewer onto a onto the flat surface to set. They will firm at room temperature, but you can refrigerate or freeze them to speed the process.
  5. Serve cold or at room temperature, and store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days in the refrigerator or up to 2 weeks in the freezer. Strawberries may weep after being frozen.
