Dark Chocolate Raspberry Protein ThinsMakes 16 servings
- 10 Enjoy Life Foods Dark Raspberry Protein Bites, quartered
- 1 bag Enjoy Life Foods Dark Chocolate Morsels
- 1 ½ t. flavorless oil (i.e. sunflower or safflower)
- ¼ c. chia seeds
- Add the quartered Protein Bites to the bowl of a small food processor and pulse until the bites resemble cookie crumbs.
- Place the Dark Chocolate Morsels and the 1 ½ t. oil in a heat safe bowl. Microwave at 30 second intervals until chocolate is melted.
- Spread very thinly on a parchment or wax paper lined tray, an offset spatula makes this much easier!
- Sprinkle the crumbled Protein Bites and chia seeds evenly over the chocolate and place in the refrigerator to set, about 30 minutes.
- Remove and tear into odd size pieces, store in the refrigerator until ready to enjoy!
