Did someone say dairy-free chocolate and ice cream? We’ve found the perfect treat for a warm summer day!

Chocolate Chipped Ice Cream with Nutty Hot Fudge

Makes 4 servings


Chocolate Chipped Ice Cream:
Nutty Hot Fudge Sauce:


  1. Soften ice cream until it is the consistency of a “soft serve.” (Place in the refrigerator for about an hour or two).
  2. Melt the 2 Enjoy Life Foods Dark Chocolate Bars.
  3. While stirring the ice cream vigorously, drizzle in the melted chocolate and it will “chip” as the hot chocolate freezes into the cold ice cream! Scoop back into the container and pop back into the freezer to harden up again.
  4. Place a small glass bowl over a small saucepan simmering with water (a double boiler) and add all the ingredients for the Nutty Hot Fudge Sauce. Stir occasionally until melted and smooth. Pour over cold ice cream and gobble up!
