6 Enjoy Life Double Chocolate Crunchy Cookies
3 Enjoy Life Mint Chocolate Protein Bites
2 tbsp Enjoy Life Semi-Sweet Mini Chips
1 pint of Allergy Friendly Ice Cream
1 cup Allergy Friendly Milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp peppermint extract
2 tsp natural green food coloring
- In a high power blender add milk, ice cream, green food coloring, vanilla extract and peppermint extract.
- Pulse until combined. Do not run the blender, pulsing allows it to stay thick. Blending will make it too watery.
- Add in 6 of the Enjoy Life Double Chocolate Crunchy Cookies broken into bite sized pieces. With a spatula stir them into the ice cream mixture in the blender. Then you will pulse about 5-6 more times. That way it ensures you still have those great pieces of cookies, but can still get them through the straw!
- Pour into glasses and top with Allergy Friendly whipped topping, Enjoy Life Mint Chocolate Protein Bites crumbled up and Enjoy Life Semi-Sweet Mini Chips melted on top!
In a separate bowl microwave Enjoy Life Semi-Sweet Mini Chips for 30 second, stir and repeat until melted.
