WHAT IS HAPPENING?
Our subscription ordering program went on hold. It will stay on hold from February until the summer, when it will relaunch with more reliable service and a friendlier experience.
New Orders: Starting February 16 it is no longer possible to schedule new subscription orders on enjoylifefoods.com.
Scheduled Orders: All subscription orders scheduled after Friday, February 18 will not be processed. Future orders will be cancelled and customers will not be charged. Any outstanding orders will be refunded.
What Happens Next?
In the meantime our web shop remains open. We are refocusing efforts to make the current store as accurate and helpful as possible.
Honoring Subscription Discounts
Customers who maintained subscription orders received 15% off each scheduled order. Enjoy Life will honor this discount for all customers who had active subscriptions when the program shut down. A discount code was emailed to eligible customers who were active in the subscription program on the day the program ended, February 16, 2022. These customers will receive by email one 15% discount code per month until the summer of 2022 when the subscription program is scheduled to return.
Customers who voluntarily cancelled their recurring product subscriptions on or before February 16, 2022 are not eligible for this discount. If you believe you are eligible and you did not receive the discount code, please contact our customer service who will be happy to help.
Returning This Summer
We’ve already started work on a new subscription program that is worthy of your trust. This program is being designed with reliability and convenience at the core of the experience. We can’t wait to show it to you this summer.
Why This Change?
The goal of the subscription ordering program has always been to make life easy for customers who rely on Enjoy Life as part of their daily routine. We promised steady, reliable delivery of any Enjoy Life product in every size to all corners of the country.
But for too many people this has not been the experience. Due to ingredient shortages and other challenges, we have not been able to keep our commitment to you. Rather than promise a level of service that we cannot deliver, we decided to pause this program until production returns to normal and our shelves are stocked high.
