We love the month of May because it’s such an important time in the gluten-free and food allergy world. It’s a time where there is an extra awareness to the celiac and food allergy communities in the media, online and at events.
This month has been a great one for incredible gluten-free and allergy-friendly recipes. Whenever I tell people about my list of food allergies/intolerances (gluten, dairy, corn, tomatoes, apples & peanuts, I hear “Wow, that must be awful” or “What can you even eat?!” But honestly, I’ve found that adjusting to a life with food allergies has allowed me to learn more about what I’m eating, and helped me learn how to cook!
