Plentils Shake & Bake Crumbs

Makes approximately 2 cups

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 4 OZ bag Margherita Pizza Plentils
  • 1 T. olive oil
  • 2 t. fine sea salt
  • 1 T. onion powder
  • 2 T. paprika (not smoked)
  • 2 t. sugar
  • 2 t. garlic powder
  • 1 t. black pepper
  • 1 T. dry parsley
  • 1 t. dried basil
  • 1 t. dried oregano
  • 1 T. nutritional yeast

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Pulse the Plentils in the bowl of a food processor until they are coarsely crushed.
  2. Add to the bowl all remaining ingredients and pulse until Plentils are finely crushed and all the spices and herbs are mixed thoroughly.
  3. Place in a sealed container and refrigerate until ready to use. Can also be stored in the freezer for up to 6 months.
